Jerry Jacques is the best in our book! We recently found a home we wanted to buy in ******* to be near our grandchildren and great grandson. The Seller was stalling and not playing fair at all. We had almost given up when he finally decided to make a deal. That deal had a short timeline or he would pull out. This was a house we had been trying to purchase for a year and we really, really wanted it. The Seller made demand after demand. We have lived in the same home for 45 years and Jerry was always selling in our neighborhood. I made a call to him and he came over the first evening. He answered many questions both about selling our home and about the shenanigans going on with the other home. (I had a different realtor for that purchase.) Long story short, we had 14 days to be in escrow or the deal was off. This is a home we had been in for a long time and had a lot of stuff. We had repairs we wanted to make to get top dollar but no time to do it. In the end we decided to sell "as is". Jerry got the ball rolling day two. We had a buyer before the week was up at almost our asking price. Jerry worked every day with our other realtor to make sure we got that house. This was nothing he was required to do, but he wanted the best for us. He stayed in touch almost daily until both deals were completed. Yesterday we closed escrow on the ******* house almost a year after starting the process. We can finally breathe again and are busy packing. We could not have done any of this without Jerry. He made everything so easy and advised us each step of this journey. Words can not express how grateful we are. If you are buying or selling a home, you can not do better than Jerry Jacques!
